What to bring to shoot: ID

Things to bring to shoots: Clothes, props, ID (and, for a girl-girl shoot).

We’re serious about ID – there are big problems for us if we shoot a model under the age of 18, of course, but just as many problems if we shoot a model whose age we did not verify! ๐Ÿ‘ฎ ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€โš–๏ธ โ›“๏ธ

We need you to supply one Primary ID type, and one Secondary ID type. If you do not bring suitable Primary and Secondary ID’s to the shoot, we’ll need to reschedule the shoot. If we’ve asked you to capture an image of your ID for us, we have info about that.

Primary ID to bring

Definition: Original genuine and legitimate government-issued photo-ID, with your date of birth, a serial number and expiry date, that is intact, undamaged and un-expired. In your name, with a photo of you as an adult.

Primary ID examples: Passport, Driving License, National ID card.

Secondary ID to bring

Definition: Official card, issued by a large business or institution. Name matches Primary ID. Intact and undamaged.

Secondary ID Examples: Health insurance card, ATM card, student card, personalised travel card, birth certificate (and many others).

Any Primary ID that was not counted as Primary ID – for example, you bring your Passport and Drivers License. We’ll use your Passport as your Primary ID, and your Drivers License as your secondary ID.
