Masie has worked in many roles at abbywinters.com since she started with the company in 2010. Her main role now is to train and support Shoot Producers, but she still works closely with our Model Liaisons, helping to book shoots. As the most senior person in the company, Masie often sets policy, and forms plans to execute on our long term strategy. #womenincharge.
When not working…
When not working (and to be honest, also when working), Masie can be found with her Jack Russel, Poppy. She is 15 now but still a ball of energy and Masie loves going hiking with her. Before she left England, Masie was an avid horse rider and she still tries to get on a horse whenever possible.
Masie started her adult adventure as a model and this is still something she does as a hobby, not as often as she used to but she still keeps a hand in and does a few shoots a year as a model.
Masie is pretty well known in the UK adult industry and over the last few years has started helping large TV producers and film companies to source adult extras for shows like Game Of Thrones (Masie dies in Season 2!)
Personal bio: Masie entered the industry as a model over 12 years ago after Uni and also worked as a camera operator for UK sites such as Dave’s Young Sluts and Red Hot TV.
For abbywinters.com, Masie was a senior Shoot Producer for a number of years, producing over 650 scenes before she moved across to training other Shoot Producers.
Terrible taste in music…
Masie says she has a terrible taste in music, that there’s is nothing to be proud of in her list.
She loves the Hill Top Hoods and has recently discovered The Dead South.
Masie enjoys old skool 90s sensations like Salt N Pepper with a sprinkle of harder sounds like The Jewels and System Of A Down and she always has time for some UK Hard Core!
Most embarrassingly, every Friday Masie listens to the Bee Gees greatest hits while working, because Bee Gees Fridays are the best!
Powered by chocolate…
Masie is mostly powered by chocolate.
She’d honestly struggle to go more than 3 days without any. The naughtiest comfort food Masie has ever had, was some left over salted pasta with Nutella stirred through it – judge all you like, she says – it was amazing!
Masie is not a stranger to healthy food however, and makes a great pizza 🍕using wholewheat wraps as the base.
This summer Masie got through a whole watermelon 🍉every 3 days by herself 🙂
Approach to making AW scenes…
Masie says the best work she has created with abbywinters.com always came through collaboration with her models. That is not to say she comes unprepared with no ideas and expect them to do all the work, but when my models could see Masie’s ‘vision’ and were as entertained and excited by the props and plan as she was, the days would just fly by and the results would always surprise and delight her.
